Chris Saudek's Winter Workshop

This workshop is for serious students, those interested in teaching and teachers of Iyengar yoga. Interspersed in the classes will be therapeutic adaptations, use of props, and rope work as well as hand-on adjustments as time allows. Students should be able to hold Sirsasana and Sarvangasana for 8-10 minutes (or know alternatives for their needs), and independently do Adho Mukha Vrksasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana. Cost: $300.00.
